Master of Ceremonies

Christos Vasilopoulos was born and raised in Athens, Greece.  He started acting at the age of 17, first as a stage actor, graduating from the “Iasmos” Athens drama school. After 4 years of being a member of the National Theatre of Greece, Christos landed a series regular role on one of the biggest daily shows of that time, taking his career to the next level.  After 14 years of great success in theatre and tv in Greece, Christos decided to make the transition into pursuing American roles.

His USA credits now include movies, campaigns, national commercials, guest star roles in “The Closer”, “Blindspot”,  Whiskey Cavalier”, and “Warrior”. As well as recurring guest star roles in the last tv series of Allan Ball, “Banshee” (7 episodes) and “The Last Ship” (6 episodes).

 

Christos is a 3rd Dan degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.  He served in the Greek special forces as a marine and  got the rank of Sergeant.  Christos rarely uses a stunt double.
